I'm 60+ and was looking for a quality rowing machine to get my body into good physical shape. This rower was easy to assemble. While rowing I can watch tv because the machine is super quiet!

It effectively engages the core and tones the body. Row-S helped me strengthen my body muscles and improved my overall stature and body posture. If practice every day, you can achieve the best outstanding results!

Excellent quality. Easy to put together and use. Echelon has tremendous classes for beginners, to get you started, and once you start, you'll be hooked!

Love the rower. Took a bit to get used to the rowing mechanics . Once that was mastered, I have had some very sweaty workouts that leave me feeling toasted!

The rower is ok. Experiences connectivity issues on occasion which is not attributed to my wifi. My membership part of the purchase was a disaster. No one was able to set it up correctly and Ech ended up having to do a workaround.

Very nice, smooth comfortable, lots of options for workouts, only thing I don’t like is I work out early am and there’s no classes then, something I would change

Improvements can be made. 1. Power button could be in the front for ease. 2. Distance does not show in meters only miles. 3. Resistance is too light at max. 4. Classes are boring. 5. Music uninspiring.

For the most part it's a good rower. Wish the resistance had a higher max. The rowing classes and instructors are ok but wish they had more fusion classes. Overall it's a good machine.

It is built really well but it seems to have trouble connecting to the app and the max resistance is so low I can't seem to get into an anaerobic zone.

we just got our rower and absolutely love it.i didn't realize how much it works out your abs. the classes i have taken are really good and the time flies by Im so glad we bought one
