Really well made piece of home gym equipment. Feels very sturdy. Easy to assemble right out of the box. I purchased a one-year fit pass subscription and have found many great classes of various times that I can fit into my schedule. Overall, great investment in my health during this pandemic!

Alright, I admit it. I was a little skeptical about getting a home rowing machine. But the Echelon Row-S reviews were so good, I figured I'd give it a shot. And guess what? They were right! This machine is smooth, quiet, and offers a great workout. Plus, the Echelon Fit membership gives me access to tons of classes, so I never get bored.

The product itself is great so far! My only suggestions would be that the instructions for assembly aren't great and you should really include a map for how it's packaged. Took a lot of work to find all the pieces because it's so tightly packaged. There also should be some better start up guide instructions (how to set up the app, etc). I felt like I was really on my own getting everything set up. Also, the app is a little clunky, I hope you'll make improvements in the future!

I absolutely LOVE my Echelon rower! This is the first piece of workout equipment that I've actually used for longer than a week. The rower is not another clothes hanger in my house. There are frequently new classes available which ensures a variety of workouts - I never get stuck in a rut. The instructors are encouraging and I feel both motivated and strong. Flow with the row!

As a former competitive rower, I appreciate most how quiet this is and the convenience of changing resistance from the handlebar (bs. Having to stop and slide forward to adjust). Unfortunately, I have not been able to set up the iPad it came with or reach anyone to help activate-no good instructions or anything user friendly on the app and no phone number...unacceptable! The first time I set it up I had the same issue and had to wait in a virtual queue in the chat to have someone activate for me and it took hours! Beyond that, it is extremely unfortunate the lack of quality classes and the fact that they are on the machine vs. on the water. The on-water footage does not sync with a row as it is going the wrong direction so it completely goes against its purpose. I also don't at all mind refurbished tech so long as it works, but when a free iPad is advertised, I should know it is refurbished.

I absolutely love my Echelon Row-S. The versatility of the rower with the added trainer support makes it the ultimate rower. The access to all the training programs makes the Row-S the best bargain for the money spent. When you add a simple yoga mat and some dumbells you are able to complete the best total body workout available in an hour or less.

I love that this rower doesn't take up a ton of space in my apartment. It's also really easy to put together and use. The Bluetooth resistance controller is a nice touch, and the seat is super comfortable. I've been using the Echelon Row-S for a few weeks now, and I'm really happy with it.

I love my Echelon Rower! I have gone through numerous live classes, on demand classes, and scenic rides with my own workouts. All the instructors have been motivating! I have always been active, mostly running and playing sports, but I tore my ACL a year ago. The rower provides a great, low impact workout!

I've used 3 other rowers and I can honestly say that this rower was worth the money and then some. I bought it on a Black Friday sale and hoped that for the price it would be durable. It definitely is! This is my 2nd piece of Equipment from Echelon and they really make quality products.

I enjoy the rower very much but the app has problems sometimes. If the wifi drops out, for more than a few seconds, I can lose the connection to the program and have to stop and restart it. Also, the scenic rows are mostly awful. Recently some have been added (Shelton Bay, Lake Flower, etc) that are obviously real rows - real oar strokes, etc. But the rest are really not realistic at all. Would really like more scenic rows that are the "real deal". Thanks!
