TurboTax is Easy!

I have used TurboTax for years and it is easy to understand and very straight forward wiht the questions that guide you through the process.

Great product, but include 1 state tax W/O charge

TurboTax is an excellent product. I would recommend that the cost of filing of one state tax be included in the cost of the product

Intuit Account Login Nightmare

Interface with Intuit account login is very frustrating, particularly the endless extra step to identify objects (e.g. buses, crosswalks, etc.)!

A good standard situation.

I have used TT for years. It is pretty user friendly for today's technology and yesterday's brain (me). Support is usually pretty good as well.

i love this tool, however I did have some issues with the download process this year. I don't know what changed. Not as simple as last few years.

direct deposit information site is unclear

I always have trouble finding the bank routing number for direct deposit. I want to print my return for mailing and it is xxxxxx'd out
