Easy to use and accomplishes all my needs. I was unable to import Brokerage acct info. I wasn't clear on what to select to import.

Horrible interface. Asking too many questions or just to press "Continue" over and over, entering same information. Unintuitive and buggy.

I have used Turbo Tax for more then10 years now. I very pleased with it and would recommend to anyone who are filing their own taxes.

I have been using TurboTax to prepare and file my Federal & State income returns for years. It almost makes it fun to do your income tax return.

Had to carefully review and clarify downloaded information and check exactly what data was calculating and what it meant.

rejected state followed your "HELP" REFILED AND REJECTED 2 MORE TIMES FILED PAPER WITH NO CHANGES AND ACCEPTED

Turbo tax does a good job. But I am really tired of being harassed to buy things I don't want like audit defense.

i love this tool, however I did have some issues with the download process this year. I don't know what changed. Not as simple as last few years.
