Accurate and ease to use. It readily updates my input from last years' data adjusted to the current year's to complete my return.

Every year it gets harder to understand some of the questions that it asks or the explanations to a entry that you aren't sure you need to fill in

I've been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years and it has been easy to use and when I needeed help I got it with true professionals.

The software worked well. However, all of a sudden my completed tax file disappeared. I had to redo the entire return.

Had a hard time to change hard coded asset at risk x check mark in schedule C!! Vague explanation as far as how to modify it .

I did not like that TurboTax removed ItsDeductible feature and also that for a penalty it did not gave me any explonation.

"Walk me thru everything" skipped thru some important items and I had to know to what to go back to.

If your Federal Return includes a penalty, TurboTax gives you no warning so that you can address the issue before filing.

This new format for 2025 tax year is a step backwards in ease of use. Not easy to find the different income areas to add.
