Very Good But A Step Down From Last Year

The change from last year in how investment accounts are downloaded was a very bad move. Otherwise, you'd get 5 stars.

TURBOTAX WORKD

i HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR OVER 10 YEARS WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS. BUT SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS ARE IN VERY SMALL PRINT AND DIFFICULT TO READ.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years!

I was able to do my taxes easily this year. I did have to use AI to ask a question, but I got an answer and was able to continue.

Upfront price would be nice

I get premium and I still have to pay again to e-file - just put that in the price at the beginning.
