Every time I log into Turbo Tax, I have to step through Updater which is annoying. How many new updates can there be. There are TOO many Updates

Been a TurboTax user for 10+ years. Issues loading the software. More issues with the software this year than ever before.

Have used for years and like how it walks you through everything and later allows you to go back to any area for checking or changes.

No clue what Form 8453 is and why I have to submit it seperately while paying multiple processing fees on top of the actual TurboTax Product.

My return was pretty simple, mostly the same as last year. The interface made it easy to compare and verify I didn't miss anything.

It is very easy to follow. I have use it for years now. It is much easier than doing it all by hand.

I hate the new inter-face...just an added step and it created duplicate entries that I had to be delete.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and still do not understand why it can't get info from the last year for certain forms.

The number of different reviews was problematic. When you are done you are not! Even after I paid I had new missing items when trying to transmit.

Program has errors regarding whether to use the standard deduction or itemized. Charge for e-file state returns should be eliminated.
