Only tax reporting software I use.

The only problem I have with TurboTax is the delays at the beginning of the year. This year it was exceptionally longer.

Always works NEED THE DESKTOP VERSION

Had no trouble. I have 2-3 returns to do and some complex investments. On-Line would not work for me.

Federal Pin

There was no easy way to find where the 6 digit IRS pin should be entered. My taxes were rejected twice because of this.

TurboTax is OK

The biggest problem I had was with the Form IT-360.1 They forgot negative numbers on line 19. Line 20 should say "substruct" instead of "combine"
