TurboTax is fantastic

I have used TurboTax to file my taxes for many years and I love it. It is easy to install and very easy to use with guidance every step of the way.

Intuit Account Login Nightmare

Interface with Intuit account login is very frustrating, particularly the endless extra step to identify objects (e.g. buses, crosswalks, etc.)!

Easy for me to follow directions

okay. Able to follow directions since I have a tax background . Others may find it hard to understand when it gets more complex

TurboTax always helpful!

This is my 7th year I fill out my taxes with TurboTax, I highly recommend it to everyone! Save your time and money!

Need 1041

PLEASE offer 1041 on MAC... And please stop upselling and pushing online use. I chose desktop, that should be the end of it.

Turbo Tax its out of this world

The program is great. It is like having a tax expert on the other side of the desk . I have been using the program now for more than 20 Years.

Turbo Tax is deceiving

Worst experience in 10 years, content didn't save

desk version on iMac doesn't save, I had to take 4/15 off to keep doing the same thing for 3 days in a roll

excessive feees

not sure why after saying it is free that they charge $40 too send me my refund when it cost about $2 total to do, if that.
