I found the program more difficult to use this year than in past year particularly with respect to information from broker statements.

I did not like that TurboTax removed ItsDeductible feature and also that for a penalty it did not gave me any explonation.

Disappointed they took away It'sdeductible for donations. Otherwise, mostly smooth data entry and interaction.

Usually TurboTax gets things done efficiently. Some years I have had to make many calls to resolve an issue.

Turbo Tax handled all of the issues on my tax return. I have yet to handle the tips issue for self employed.

I have used TurboTax for over 25 years. It gets better every year despite the constant changes in the tax laws.

All features especially the Learn More tabs are a great asset to instructions. Importing Options make the filing so much easier than do ot yourself.
