Basically user friendly, but a lot of bugs require "work arounds" to figure out what program wants, to remove error messages.

Live assistance is excellent, i.e. chatting with a client service person. Your AI assistance is horrible. Make it easier to reach a live person.

Great Experience and Kinda Easy. I've been using Tax Programs for over 40 years and Turbo Tax has made it so "Anyone" can file their own taxes.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it is very user friendly. We had some additional things this year and I used AI to get the information I needed.

When import 1099, some investment entries has little formatting issues. Turbo Tax should be smart enough to correct them automatically
