Been using for decades and never fails me. Just disappointed that it is now not supported on Windows 10.

I started using TT in the mid 90s. I remember 5 inch floppies .I am pretty familiar with the program by now, so things usually go smoothly.

I am pretty disappointed that turbo tax is charging extra $25 for e-filing in New Jersey for each return. Seems ridiculous.

FINDING OUT HOW TO DO AN EXTENSION WAS A LITTLE ROUGH BUT OTHER THAN THAT THINGS WERE NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

Great for basic taxes. Quality goes down when you start getting into stocks, IRA distributions and national health program subsidies cost info...

I have been using TurboTax software for years. I am relieved to find the question and answer interviews can yield an accurate tax return for me.

TurboTax gets worse every year. This year the user experience is so horrible that I'm never buying it again.

All is good. The interface, explanations of line items, is very important to me. explanations are good, but i dont think they are perfect
