TurboTax gets the job done ok, but the interface is somewhat cryptic compared to the tax filing forms, and the whole thin ispretty expensive. Especially for filing state taxes. I really don't recommend.

Always a funny glitch somewhere. Never disappoints. But predictable even if the IRS requires new info for the same old returns repeated for a new year. That part makes me crazy.

I think this product is definitely the way to take the stress out of filing taxes. I really like the way Turbo Tax reviews the final return for any errors that need correcting. I also like that I can choose what I want to work on. Great product.

Mostly easy to use. I only had one minor issue -- I tried to switch to the online product from the download version and had a minor problem, so I used the download version.

I had a brief phone call with one of your advisors to point me to the proper input section for a 1099-B. Easy peasy and quickly done. Only a 3 minute wait on a Saturday evening. Very appreciated.

I am disappointed that "It's Deductible" was removed from Turbotax. I had to go find a substitute app, since I regularly donate gently used items rather than having garage sales.

You have a real problem with finalizing. I have already received my federal refund and my state does not have an income tax, but I received a text telling me I have not completed filing. What do I need to do???

1) Had software issues, and had to do a manual update, finding that was difficult. 2) I had the desktop version, and time I did a search it would ask me to login. Not cool.

The interface could be more efficient. When I go back to a previous section and finished the work there, you should not force me to answer a series questions again that I answered previously to allow me move forward.

I have had a problem 2 years in a row with the software and my foreign tax credits. I have spent too much time going back in to fix the problem. The constant selling at almost every click is very distracting.
