The product had difficulty managing my 1099B sold assets for which basis was not reported to the IRS with unknown determination if short-term or long-term assets. Ultimately had to enter the data manually.

I have used Turbo Tax for decades and this will probably be the last time. It was extremely difficult to navigate. Constantly trying to sell me something. The format sometimes just made no sense.

not enough explanation to what you are asking or what to do. check for updates before you file. doesn't pull in inform from other years when you have the data.(see ira stuff)

Online filing was supposed to give free state filing, did not happen. Glitched and shut down twice during process. Would not recommend online version to anyone.

I found it more complicated than past years, and difficult to fine certain items (qualified charitable contributions. I may switch next year, but would likely need to reenter a lot of basic information.

I have had a problem 2 years in a row with the software and my foreign tax credits. I have spent too much time going back in to fix the problem. The constant selling at almost every click is very distracting.

Love using Turbo Tax, been using it for years. This year I sold my second home, and it took several tries to figure out the right place to report it. Previously the process was clearer and less ambiguous.

Turbo Tax makes it so easy for me to file my taxes from home. Federal and two state tax filings. No issues whatsoever. I continue to use Turbo Tax for these reasons - convenient, easy, accurate, and comprehensive.

You have a real problem with finalizing. I have already received my federal refund and my state does not have an income tax, but I received a text telling me I have not completed filing. What do I need to do???

Entry of data is quick and easy. However, if review shows error it is very difficult to correct. It says where error is and what needs to be done but you can't just click and go there to make correction.
