Turbotax was noticeably worse this year with more emphasis on UPSELLING tax advisory services making me think the poorer experience this year was designed to support the UPSELL.

I have used TurboTax for filing my returns since the early 1990's. It has consistently met/exceeded my expectations. Features such as importing financial and investment data make a difficult task easy and ensures consistent accuracy.

I thought I was getting free federal and state efile with the purchase of the turbo tax premier then I got it at the end with a fee from turbo tax. I feel ripped off. Also, some of the wording in the questions are very confusing.

I continue to struggle with entering K-1 form information. It would be nice to allow download K-1 from financial institute or allowing form 1116 information exactly as presented. The trouble is with Box 14

Great product overall. I did have a bit of trouble understanding the difference between a "Foreign Account" and foreign assets managed by a US broker.

TurboTax did not identify duplicate downloaded income from my Schwab 1099-B, which made me wonder if folks are aware of this problem..and paid additional taxes without reconciling their 1099B statement to TurboTax prior to E-File?
