Overall, it was easy to complete and eFile the federal and state tax returns. Consider improvement to 1099-K filing to avoid PTC capital gain being reported twice (from Section 1265 to Schedule D and 1099-B to Form 8949)

Overall good product there seem to be multiple redundancies like Schedule c's being completed multiple times. Either explain the why or reduce the number of repetitive forms

Why was I charged for State efile. when my Premier product included a free Federal and 1 State efile? Also, the product worked relatively well until the end when I attempted to efile my returns. Very confusing.

The investment sections downloads from various institutions is flawed. Quite a bit of required information is left off, and then has to be manually entered. That is not what I expect from a $100+ piece of software

The system worked fine until; the most recent update and it cleared everything I had done the day before and I had to start from the beginning and that was horrible. Fix this problem and the program froze more often after the update than before.

TurboTax provides professional-level tax return preparation in an easy to use, step-by-step format. If only the federal tax system were this easy to understand!

Downloading was very difficult. Took 5 tries to get it right. Change from last year's download process was difficult. It took me 2-3 days to get it right (6-hours/day). Instructions for downloading Merrill Lynch data could have been better.

Normally love Turbo tax. I help my family with it. I just filed my own taxes, 4th federal file done with my account. It just popped up I hit my 5 allowed. Little concerned on their counting skills at the moment.

Having used Turbo Tax for many years, this year the new 1099-NEC entry was painful. It doesn't handle non-self employed income. There seems to be the assumption that 1099 income is to a business, not an individual
