It was difficult to go back and edit a previously entered document in the step by step. It was necessary to go to the specific form to check entries or to make any changes.

One of the main reasons I use Turbo Tax and have for many years is I have been able to upload my cointracker data to turbo tax which you have partnered with but now when its time to file you no longer work with them. Big mistake, work it out.

I used the desktop version. What a mistake. It was horribly slow. An update took over 30 minutes. I thought I was back in the 1990s. Why even offer a desktop version?

Overall Turbo-tax made my tax filing quite easy and straight forward. This year it asked some questions that I found a little confusing and unnecessary in my opinion.

Too many distractions that confuse me along the way. I just want to file my taxes, not be bombarded with ways for Quicken to enrich itself along the way.

2nd year in a row have not been able to download my 1099s from Charles Schwab. The software says downloaded but the information is not on my tax return. Have to do it manually. very aggravating.

TurboTax error forced filing of GA amendment... and evidently Federal, too... though nothing changed on Federal. Confusing process. I have low confidence of success.

Have used this for years. The built in features that prompt you what kinds of inputs belong in the forms, and examples makes this a confident filing tool.

Works well enough, but there are glitches in the software and poor instructions for topics. This would be acceptable; however technical support is nonexistent (or at lest very hard to find) without paying additional feels.

I have been using TurboTax Premier Federal and State for many, many years and have never had a problem. This year there was a quirk but no big deal. I have been happy with my experience with TurboTax Premier
