The desktop version is a very important tool for me to file my return along with my children's returns. I am able to jump in and out of the step-by-step process and look at the form directly very easily.

The Turbo Tax live expert was wonderful in helping me find where the 1099-S forms were located to report sales of land. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and skilled in outstanding customer service.

Although I've used it for many years, I never find TurboTax easy to follow or find where to enter various data. I realize the government doesn't make it any easier. The help for some fields is not there or is very basic.
