I have used Turbo-Tax for over 10 years or more. Each year, doing my taxes seem to get easier and easier to do. I have not had to use the Live chat.

A lot of bugs and issues this year with the software. I've been using TurboTax for about three decades and this is the first time I've thought about using anything else. A little more quality control next year would be very helpful.

Entering charitable contributions was much more tedious than in previous years. Also, TurboTax insisted I review my state tax return after telling me no state return was required for Washington State. That was awkward and unnecessary.

We had an issue with this years edition and called the helpnumber. The person who helped us stayed on the line with me for almost an hour to fix the issue. She was great (sorry i did not get her name).

No printable state form which is the same as not giving me the state return. Helps were not provided. Every time I clicked on a question mark the help screen was blank.

The interface seems a bit clunky. And it would be real nice to be able to have a side by side view ot the tax return while you are working on the individual steps.

It was great. she showed great control with this slow to learn person. thanks for being a Patience. I needed help with connection issues. she figured it all out for me. Blessings to her.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. But this year my Wisconsin state return has been rejected due to new 24,000 dollars retirement income -- some kind of error in your software

I like that I can input the info from my previous years tax return helping eliminate redundant input as well as guiding me through the current year filing process, without having to waste time on topics that do not pertain to my situation.

Using TuboTax made filing taxes easy. I was using a accountant before and filing out all their paperwork was more cumbersome than filing with TurboTax
