When I received form 1065 schedule K-1, the instruction to finish entering information is not enough for me to finish it by my self, I have to ask AI for help.

it ask you to complete the Washington state working family tax credit, go thru all page and says I don't qualify. then few page further it says WTC will no accept a 0 and then it wont let you e-file because of that. keep gon around and around.

The step by step option is very good. You need to autosave the returns as each category is complete. And make it easier to return to step by step if interrupted. Great product. Keep up the good work.

At the Financial Forms INT-DIV-B there is a glitch that you can't see the clickable buttons to the right which could cause accidental deletion. Also at one point, during an update, the software clashed and had to be re-installed.

In general, the product is well structured and easy to use. My only complaint is that it continues to bother me about filing state income tax returns for my state of Washington which has no state income tax.

Turbo Tax is easy to follow even though the rules are complex. Turbo Tax makes it comfortable for me to do my own taxes at my own pace in my own home.

After I printed my taxes with Adobe, TurboTax could no longer find my tax file. I even told it the exact adobe file, but TurboTax could not open it. MAJOR BUG!!! I had to do my taxes all over again from scratch and print with Word.
