Ordered online and did curbside pick up. Quick and easy. Well designed, substantial and sturdy. Easy to put together. Love that the shelves can be placed at desired height in 1” increments. Do note that once shelves are locked in place they won’t be easy to move. Not impossible but not easy. Locking casters make it easy to move yet won’t roll when placed on unlevel surface.

I ordered two of these. I bought them because they were on sale for $20 off each. I was charged the full, regular price. I had to place a 20 minute call to get the $40 credited. The customer service lady in the Philippines acted like she did me a favor. One of the units arived with the box broken open. The zip ties holding the sheves together had been cut or broken. There was a connector piece pre-installed cross threaded. I had to use a vise and a rubber mallet to remove and straighten it. After assembly one of the legs is half an inch off the ground. I had to unscrew the wheel a half inch to make it level. It was assembled exactly the way the other legs were That is not how it is supposed to be. The other unit is as it should be.

This is the third shelf unit I have purchased of these. I have a very small kitchen so I have lined the shelving units up along one wall of my spare room and I use that as my pantry space. The quality is very good and the wheels allow me to move it away from the wall if something falls in the back or to sweep behind it. I wish everything in my house was so easy to move.
