We have several dozens of these units collected over a couple decades. We install four shelves on each rack and hang the extra shelves on "S" hooks between the units making 3-rack super-units. Then we store most equipment in Rubbermaid tubs. Everything is clean, neat and easily identified. These are the biggest bargain in the shelving business.

We ordered 4 of these units to organize our garage storage. When they arrived the packages didn’t look too good. Two boxes had either busted open and were put back together with packing tape or maybe they had been returned from a previous customer and sent to us. Also, each box we opened contained broken pieces of plastic that made us nervous about trying to assemble the shelving. It was obvious more attention was devoted to engineering and construction than to protective packaging. Anyway, we did assemble each unit and surprisingly it was a fairly smooth process. The overall quality of the units seems good. We did have to hammer out a couple of the corners of two shelves that were partially indented from apparently being dropped on the end. Once assembled the units appear to be strong and the castor wheels look like they can support a lot of weight. Half of the plastic liner sheets provided for the top of the shelves were cracked and chipped, and not sure how to request replacements. Also, the broken black plastic chips that fell out of the boxes we think were some kind of spacers/caps used in/on the vertical posts. We are not sure if these missing parts will affect the long term durability of our shelves. Overall the product appears strong and well designed, but the bad shipping experience really ruined it for us. If we had paid more for these shelves we’re not sure we would have kept them. This vendor needs to step up their product packaging.

We got the rack to the assembly place. The black pieces necessary to assemble were received busted and broken. Photographed the box upon receipt with some box damage. The steel shelving material is nice, bummer can not use! Looking into getting assembly parts shipped!

Mostly happy with the shelving, but the threads where stripped/defective on two of the upper pole sections and it looks like the manufacturer is out of replacement poles. Structurally, the shelves are stable and strong, so I can still make use of the lower section using 3 shelves instead of the full set of 5 shelves.

Best shelves. I now have them in my basement, kitchen and garage. They are easy to assemble, hold an incredible amount of items and roll for easily for moving or cleaning. I also bought some for my kids school. They are filled with snacks and rolled down the hall to distribute. Also, I priced these at other sellers and Sam's Club has (by far) the best price and best quality.

This is the nicest and largest for the price that I've seen. I ordered one and was so pleased that I replaced another shelving unit I had with another one of these. These are taller and wider than any I had so the shelves hold so much more. The only thing I don't care for is the plastic pieces that cover the shelves. If you had cans or items that would fall through the wires then the plastic pieces would be good but every time I place something heavy on these, it pushes the plastic pieces out of the way.

We now have seven of these shelving units in our basement. Manufacturer needs to improve packaging to protect the six thin plastic shelf liners from damage during shipping/handling of a two-person lift very heavy cardboard carton. Three of the six shelf liners are damaged as 3"x1" sections of the shelf liners were "sheared off" from the sides of the 48"x18" shelf liners. I am asking Sam's Club to help me work with the manufacturer who has a burdensome warranty policy/procedure that includes returning damaged goods at my expense. All I want are three new replacement shelf liners rolled up and protected with bubble wrap on both ends in a cubic box before being shipped to me.

I was worried about putting these shelves together as I am a 73 yo woman. I had a small issue when first putting them together, but the company customer service solved that for me. The box arrived in terrible shape and was all taped up during transit. I was concerned about possible damage or missing parts. However, everything was fine. Holds alot of my things in the garage and keeps things neat. I really like the special shelf liners too! Overall, another great Sam's purchase at a great price.

Super sturdy & you can easily adjust shelves to any height & spacing you want. Easy to assemble, not tools needed. After attaching the wheels to the 4 vertical posts I would suggest installing a couple of shelves before attaching the the other 4 vertical posts.

I knew I could expect the high quality of the shelves, because I purchased them in the past. The added shelf covers where another improvement. The fact that I could have them delivered free to my residence also made me glad that I had Purchased an upgraded Membership. The delivered shelf boxes weighed almost 100 pounds each. Either you will need a dolly or a strong young body.
