Very sturdy and great capacity. I did not use the wheels but the leveling feet it was very easy to adjust and make stable. Assembly was a challenge for one person, too many parts. A measuring tape was helpful to get the shelves level. Have a plan as to what you want to store on each shelf; they are difficult to move once the unit is assembled. Highly Recommend!

Prefer prior model with shiny chrome finish and no odor. Current model is a dull looking metal. Odor that lasts for days on shelving pieces and poles. We have yet to have the odor dissipate completely. Poles have what can only describe as old medicine odor on inside. Smelling that made our odor sensitive allergy member ill. Days waiting for it to go away. Sunlight, hot building, soap and water - inside and flushed inside of tubes ... goes down but won't go away. These aren't the racks I bought in the past, of which I have many. The shelves are heavy, the finish is dull, and they give off an odor that has yet to go away. Bought a shelf rack from another website. No odor out the box. Shiny chrome look like prior models of Member's Mark shelving. Replacement rack cost more, had one less shelf, and wider spaced wires on each shelf. Wires look a little thinner too. No odor and can use it right out the box. Done with Member's Mark shelving at this time. If you don't mind the odor, by all means, enjoy. For us, it's an allergy issue.

Our family has at least eight of these shelving units! They are strong, sturdy, easy to assemble (and disassemble when moving to a new city like we just did), plus they come with shelf liners that are so necessary and helpful. I do not like to store ANYTHING directly on the floor, especially in an area where dampness can cause damage. I recently made a special trip two hours away to pick up another one of these shelves for our garage when our local store in our new city was out of stock on this item... that's how much we value this shelf and it's quality. Other stores carry 'similar' shelving, but don't typically come with the shelf liners which are precut to fit.

Fit and finish is great. I have purchased many of these units and they have all been of good quality. These shelves won't excellent as carts on Smooth floors surfaces and handle weight well. Do not use the casters if you plan on heavy weights and have to cross any imperfections on the rolling surface.

The shelving system is exactly what I thought I was ordering (no surprises!) I picked it up at the store and the packaging was good. the only minor downsize was the assembly instructions and the difficulty for one person to assemble alone (if you are 83 yrs old,) Young folks should have no problem.

Sturdy shelving units that were easy to put together. Love that you can adjust the shelf heights. We purchased three for our garage. I love that they have wheels—makes them easy to move and clean behind. We saw them in store, but ordered online and had them delivered since they were heavy and we didn’t have a vehicle suitable for transport. Excellent buy!

These shelves are great, I wish they where still on the shelf at the store. They are built very well and are reasonably priced, I hope they don't get crazy with the ridiculous inflated pricing that's been going on for No REASON the past year. I wish they would come back with the similar 3' & corner shelves that use to be in the store, so I can offer them to my customers again for garage and pantry's. There are plenty of wire shelves on the market, but a lot are made poorly, these are made well, I know I've been using and installing wire shelving for nearly 40 years.

I bought two sets of these shelves from Sam's Club and I am very happy with them. I have purchased similar NSF rated shelf units from other suppliers several times in the past. Assembly method, quality and load capacity seem to be pretty much the same. The main benefit with the Member's Mark unit is that it comes with plastic shelf liners which make sliding boxes side-to-side on the shelves much easier. These liners would likely cost $25 to $50 if purchased separately, so having them including is a major plus which makes this purchase an excellent value!

This set contains the racks, plastic inserts for the racks, and a choice of rollers or feet for the base, It is the best deal that I could find for this kind of wire rack. I actually did not need the high weight capacity of these racks but they were less expensive than buying lighter duty racks (+ rollers). These racks roll smoothly and are very stable. No issues in assembly.

This item was delivered to my home and I immediately took it out of the box and began setting it up. I was almost completely finished when I realized that one of the bars was bent so, I could not complete the set up. I called SAMs and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with an exchange. Fed ex came the next day to pick the product up and the replacement rack followed 3 days later. I set it up in 15 minutes and have been extremely happy with my new rack.
