Bought this item "NEW", when received, this item was an obvious returned item, several small parts were bent and broken. I wanted to return it. Thank goodness my husband was able to put it together with misc. parts he has in his workshop. Shame on you for charging us full price for a return.

This is the third shelf unit I have purchased of these. I have a very small kitchen so I have lined the shelving units up along one wall of my spare room and I use that as my pantry space. The quality is very good and the wheels allow me to move it away from the wall if something falls in the back or to sweep behind it. I wish everything in my house was so easy to move.

I would recommend this product. The price is extremely reasonable, item easy to assemble with two people, sturdy and I really like that this item includes the shelf liners. You can set the distance between shelves to meet your needs. This is our second purchase for this product to store items in our basement. The first one has held up well and exceeded expectations.

Mostly happy with the shelving, but the threads where stripped/defective on two of the upper pole sections and it looks like the manufacturer is out of replacement poles. Structurally, the shelves are stable and strong, so I can still make use of the lower section using 3 shelves instead of the full set of 5 shelves.

I love that they come with wheels and how solid they are. They are a good value for the money. At other stores, they have something similar for the price, but do not contain the nice caster wheels. I like to use them as plant stands to start seedlings in the spring with four shelves set up for enough space for the lights and seedlings for each shelf. I hang 4' shop lights for light and have all the plugs plug into one power strip I mount up high on the rack with zip ties so water doesn't get into it. Since the racks are 4' long, the 4' shop lights it perfectly.

I was worried about putting these shelves together as I am a 73 yo woman. I had a small issue when first putting them together, but the company customer service solved that for me. The box arrived in terrible shape and was all taped up during transit. I was concerned about possible damage or missing parts. However, everything was fine. Holds alot of my things in the garage and keeps things neat. I really like the special shelf liners too! Overall, another great Sam's purchase at a great price.

I have 5 of these shelves and they're amazing! Adjustable height is a great feature and I often use S hooks and magnets to hang things off the side. I'm using two in my office, one in the kitchen, and two in my storage shed. They hold up great. Being able to roll it makes it much easier to move to clean it or rearrange. It's just a great product and I rec'd it to a lot of friends and family.

I purchased tonight in store, due to the horror stories about these racks being delivered. My mistake. Hauled this rack all the way home, and upstairs, to discover two of the shelves are bent beyond repair. Contacted online support, and was told that they can only assist delivery customers. After a lot of consideration, decided there's no way I'm lugging this behemoth all the way back to the store. I'm now owner of 2/3rds of a rack system, as the other two shelves are scrap metal. I'm sure it was packed this way, as I purposely picked the most beautiful box from within the stack at the store, but either way, I've payed stupid tax, and will now be assembling any future purchase of these racks, in the store's parking lot, before bringing home. That'd be my suggestion for you, if you want to avoid a headache.

I purchased 10 of these on Samsclub.com and had them delivered. The boxes are heavy so they arrived a little beat up. Little did we know that all 10 boxes were so beat up the racks were damaged and are unusable. We went through them in the hopes of being able to piece them together and come up with a few usable racks, we got one. We were going to return nine of them but Sam's Club let us know that since this was a "Bulk Order" we only had 72 hours to report the damage and they wont take them back.

Received this package in bad shape. It obviously had been opened and returned. Pieces were missing and others had been damaged. Not sure I can make it usable. I am not able to lift the package to move it off my porch less haul it 100 miles to return it to a store. This was shipped by Seville for Sam’s. I have assembled literally dozens of these shelves and have never had issues like this.
