Poor Substitute For White Castle

Sam's Club carried White Castle cheeseburgers. Then then put out their own and stopped carrying White Castle. So I tried them. Blech! Bland with too much bread. If you want a hunk of heavy bread with a hint of beef and cheese, these are for you. If you want to taste the beef and cheese and have some flavor, these are terrible. They don't even have onions. These need a lot of additions to be decent, which defeats the purpose of convenience frozen packets. Even adding tomatoes pickles and sauce these were still blah. White castle is tasty as it comes out of the packet. Again and again Sam's Club replaces things I like with inferior products that are from a different company, or their own brand. I am running out of reasons to keep a membership.

Not even close to White Castle

Just meh. Neither cooking method works well - micro makes bun soggy, oven burns the buns. Best result was 275 for 20 minutes (in the bag as directed), then 30 secs in the micro. Problem is even when cooked to a good result, the taste is not great. Cheap meat, bad bun, boring cheese.

Best sliders I've found

Best sliders I've had from a market hands down. The beef and the cheese and bun all hit. On one packet i didnt pay attention and over heated them and the bun got a little hard. but if you follow the instructions they are the PERFECT snack. Family loves em.

Not good at all!

I really didn't like these. Usually, I won't go to the trouble to return a food item. Just make a note to not buy it again. But these were so bad I made an exception and returned them to the club. The patties were like a piece of rubber that had a strong onion and garlic flavor. Cheese was tasteless and buns fair at best. I have tasted this meat in a larger frozen burger at one time in the past and it was just as bad then. I recommend that you save your money and time.

While I wanted to like these after a whole box tried different ways to make these taste appealing and come out great there just is no saving these sliders. The buns have to be a cheap potato bun as the texture and taste lacks. In terms of cooking the buns don't come out great at all in the microwave and the oven method is more like a toasted sandwich. The beef pattie in two had bone in it and it lacked flavor. I applaud whoever thinks these are 5 stars but a frozen white castle is better than these with less fuss.
