Took 5 hours to assemble

Do not buy this if you want it to last. The wood start splitting as soon as nails went in, the metal plates bent when even a little force was put on them and it didnt last a single wind storm afger only having it for a day. sams club just told me to put in a claim for home insurance. Terribld.

This item is not made to last. Just shortly after assembly it was already falling apart. The wood is cheap and the hardware doesn’t stay in it.

Do not buy this. The pilot holes do not line up with the hardware so you basically have to drill your own holes away from the existing pilot holes which does not look clean. This thing is a royal pain to set up. The wood splits when nails go in and the materials are cheap. I am completely disappointed in this purchase. The review system will not allow me to attach a photo demonstrating the hardware and pilot holes not lining up.

My kids are already having so much fun! Recommend two people to build. They esp love the details - the curtains, doorbell, and mailbox slot. We are looking forward to warmer weather to fill the planters with flowers as well.

Bought this playhouse for our granddaughter who just turned 2. It is just the right size for her. Loved that it shipped from Sam's directly to their house. It took a day for her Dad to put it together with a couple of helpers and she just loves it. We've already had hours of fun with her going in and out the Dutch Door, cooking %26 serving us out the back and peeking through the curtains on the sides. The Dutch Door has open space all around so little fingers can't get pinched and she loves open %26 closing the top part, ringing the bell and peeking out the windows. It is super sturdy too. One tip: Since the playhouse doesn't have a bottom, my son in law went out the next day and bought 12" x 12" pavers to put underneath the house so that it has a floor and sets up a bit from the ground. They extend out on all sides and make the perfect finishing touch! Thanks to Sam's Club for a quality product at a very reasonable price we are super happy with our purchase.

This is super easy to put together and looks really nice. I had looked at a few other playhouses but I am super glad ai went with this one - real bang for your buck - and my daughter LOVES it.

It’s very cute. But none of it is pre assembled. Every tiny piece is put together by you. It’s a 10 hour project. Not hard but takes forever. The wood is just barely good enough but you worry if it could break.
