My grand daughter who is 15 months now just loves her house! We added a chair, small play refrigerator. Decorated with outside lights flowers looks even more beautiful. Very sturdy lots of added extras came with the house

It was so easy to put together and extremely sturdy. It quickly became the neighborhood hit. Our neighbors kids came over and all the kids had so much fun using their imagination playing with the kitchen (playing restaurant, house) planting flowers and getting the mail. I would recommend it for all!

Just assembled the playhouse for my 3yr! It was very easy to set up and instructions were clear and simple. Great project to do fast and easy. My family and neighbors haven't stopped playing in it. I love the natural cedar wood that will last a long time as it stays outside next to our sandbox. My son helped assemble it which gave him confidence in completing tasks and working with basic tools and following instructions. Would recommend for anyone who strives to have their kids playside and be active with their imagination. Fairly heavily with the box, so be careful with lifting. Love this product and carefully throughout design. 10/10

We just set up the Backyard Discovery Mystic Cedar Wooden Kids Playhouse from Sam’s Club, and it’s perfect for our Chicagoland backyard! Build quality is great: solid 100% cedar, sturdy, weather-tough, and has that cute cottage vibe with light brown stain, gray accents, and white trim. The kids go crazy over the working doorbell, mailbox, Dutch door, big windows with curtains, and little play kitchen setup. It feels safe and handles all their rough play no problem. Directions are straightforward—everything’s pre-cut and pre-drilled, manual is clear, and the BILT app’s 3D steps help a lot. Two adults knocked it out in a full day, easy if you’re organized. Kids have been nonstop: ringing the bell, “cooking,” pretending all day long. Can’t wait to plant real flowers in those planters this spring. Solid pick—built to last and full of fun!

This Mystic playhouse is adorable, but like other reviewers stated, some of the holes don’t line up. My husband is great at all things construction and mechanical so he had no problem making his own. The upper part of the Dutch door was stained from the paper it sat on in the box. Not a big deal since it was on the inside part of the door but for the price, QC could do a better job. Overall, our 2 year old daughter loves it. We laid 20 12x12 squared pavers down as the foundation for the playhouse in our backyard. I added petunias in her little planters and painted some flowers onto 2 old white plastic planters I found in my shed. I planted some cute flowers in there as well to add more character to her play area. My husband stapled a 12 ft string of lights we found at Home Depot. We also added 2 battery operated push lights to the inside. One on each side of the door. That way our daughter and us can easily access it. It reminds us of a little fairytale home. We’re overall very happy with our purchase.

Defiantly takes awhile to put it together as there is a lot of pieces, I think it took my husband 5 hrs to put together by himself. But it’s super cute once together and my daughter absolutely loves it, especially the working doorbell!

This thing was covered in fiberglass or something like that. My hands started burning while putting it together. I took a flashlight to it and it lit up like a Christmas tree. I've never seen anything like it. The picture does not do it justice. Every piece was heavily coated. Other than that, it was nice.
