So ever since the title was released I was not impressed. More so because it was another legends title and I didn't really enjoy Arceus. So buying this was very down on my list. But after speaking with a couple friends I decided to buy and boy am I glad i did. This game is amazing. The story brings X/Y together and it is a good way to give the box legend some shine. All in all I highly recommend this game.

If you get this game as an adult be prepared to get disappointed. Gamefreak has ripped away all aspects of the tried and true formula pokemon fans have came to love over the decades. Npcs aren't engaging, Side quests are mind numbingly easy, Pokemon battles are just button mash until you win, the city isn't even engaging to roam around in, no jumping, no bikes or rollar skates to ride with, can't even ride pokemon like they let you in the first legends title. To any fan out there that reads this and gets offended, these are all valid criticisms. To anyone else reading this, spend your money elsewhere, this title is seriously not worth it for the price tag.

runs decently on switch 1. like it better than scarlet and violet. pokemon company still cuts way too many corners for how much money they rake in and the game could still be a lot better. but its fun getting chased by alpha pokemon

The graphics are rough, but this truly is a FUN Pokemon game. I'm around 10 hours in and having a blast running around with my pokemon, exploring this massive city.

this game is nice in the sense that it’s pokemon. but it’s literally the SAME as any other pokemon game. i was really hoping for something new and exciting. and i hate the city vibes
