Unfortunately I have to use this product frequently. Live the gels as they are easy to swallow. Can’t take the tablets as they Are hard to swallow. Please make the multi-symptom in a gel so 8 can go back to using them. Again, can’t swallow the caplet, gets stuck and I gag. Packaging is awful! Too hard to open.

I love this product and use it often...BUT...WHY is the packaging so difficult to open...for both capsules and gels?!? You'd think it was a narcotic! I end up using scissors to cut it open. Granted, I am an older American, but I've never seen packaging so difficult. What are you afraid of?

My 88 year old mother and I both need, and use, Imodium AD with good results. But her age and feebleness plus my painful, arthritic fingers make it extremely difficult to open the individual blister packages. I need to use a knife or scissors and often end up cutting the gel tabs! I've read numerous complaints regarding this exact problem and yet it doesn't seem that the manufacturer cares enough to put this product into an easy-to-open bottle. Would love to give this product a higher rating but won't strictly due to the poor packaging.

These worked exceptionally well in regards to stopping the loose stools and without taking you to the other end of the spectrum, CONSTIPATION. You can rest assured they do the job safely and effectively without nasty drawbacks like others I've used. Thanks Immodium for making another SUPERIOR product.

Imodium A-D Anti-Diarrheal Softgels are great for when you just can't stay home. For me, I have to take the first dose and then the second in order for it to work. But it works and at least I'm not in the bathroom all day! I've tried other products and have had to take the max daily dose and still have no relief. I highly recommend A-D Anti-Diarrheal Softgels for occasional and not so occasional diarrhea. I keep them at home and in my locker at work.

After reading countless complaints about the blister packaging and experiencing the same issues myself, I am switching brands. Since Imodium won't respond to comsumer complaints, there are other options available where soft-gels come loose in a small bottle. I just can't believe a packaging change from the blister package to loose in the bottle would have any complaints. Why not make it easier for your customers?

I got very sick from some seafood or something travelling in southern Spain. A friend who is a nurse had some of these- I took one dose and began to get better within hours, after having been sick for two days. These will be in my travel kit from now on!

This is the best product I've found to combat my recent diarrhea bug. I didn't need all the additional ingredients that help other digestive issues. It does exactly what it says, and that weekend I was at my friends wedding dancing away with no issues.

I can't believe you are still selling these with the awful packets. Any company that is this out of touch with the customer and does this horrible on picking a packaging design can't be trusted to make a quality product. Beside that Kaopectate works better.

Male, 72 years old. I prefer the soft gels to the tablet; but they're so difficult to open. I have arthritic thumbs and cam barely grip the blister pack to open the gels. Please provide the soft gels in a bottle where us older folks can easily access them; and at our age group "child-proof lids" are more of a hindrance to us than to the children!
