have used it for years with no problems at all. Also good technical support when I have issues accessing one of my accounts to transfer in.

When you access last year's return to get your AGI, you have to wait 5 minutes for an update. Why the update since it's already filed. Waste of time!

it wont let me pay for my efile. The payment form is to large to scroll down far enough to hit "accept"

TurboTax was awesome! I understood items I had questions on without having to reach out to a Tax expert.

Did not save the entries after my first effort . I saved the results but when I returned to the returns I found we had to start over.

This is crap! A $45 fee to e-file my state taxes!?!?!? And now I can't even find how to print my required state forms to send in!

TurboTax is pretty easy to use and getting easier every year. I just don't want to se a lot of selling as part of the journey.

Won't install on Windows 10. Makes you log into an Intuit account, and doesn't successfully log in through the app. What a PAIN!
