Using Turbo Tax was much easier than downloading or printing documents from the IRS website. I will probably use it again for 2026 taxes.

Excellent product and very easy to use. I've used TT for 30+ years and have always found it to be intuitive and very functional.

I was disappointed. Many of the information boxes were blank when selected. The first thing I got when I needed help was you asking for money.

It was difficult to start since it would not load like last year. Then it did not send out email when I completed.

It was a little confusing to understand how to file an extension and then I was not able to e-file and had to mail instead.

Turbo tax is a very good software. I did not engage with one of your tax preparers. However, I had an awesome experience using the software.
