I've been a customer for years and your product has always worked great. I do think you should allow one free filing for a state return.

Used to love TurboTax but ever since you required me to buy a new PC just to run TurboTax I have a very sour taste in my mouth.

TurboTax is completely flexible, allowing one to try several scenarios, then only savings the scenarios that feel most appropriate.

I have been using TurboTax for years. Makes completing and filing taxes easy, and guides you through each area and step.

So disappointing that there's a fee to e-file my state return. The cost of the software is expensive, so this extra cost hurts.

Need to get some bots built and more let just check the data ,fill it in but get more sales at the end when client files :)

TurboTax did a great job guiding me through the process, with appropriate prompts and guidance. It was accurate, compatible with my situation.
