Simple/easy to use instructions. Have used Turbo Tax for 10+ years. Would never consider using any other tax program or service.

Frustrating that the error you had caused me to owe several hundred dollars to the state after already having received a refund.

Purchased the deluxe addition said free federal and state but then charged me to E-file the state return.

I found the interface very cumbersome and difficult to use. Previous years were much easier to navigate.

This years format was the hardest to understand in all of my years using Turbotax. The income section was not intuitive at all.

Fairly smooth process, and each year it gets a little easier. Didn't have to phone customer support, which is always a big time saver.

Works good for someone who does not enjoy doing income tax. Sometimes the info is a little confusing.

Downloading the desktop version was a nightmare again this year. But after it's done, the program is great.

The process was different this year but i was able to figure how to fill in the addresses for my 1099-R's.
