Downloading the software to my computer was a little tricky. It took several tries for Desktop app to install correctly.

Only issue i had was getting an email from turbo tax to sign into my intuit account. Had to setup a completely different account to finally get in

Place at the top of the work sheets: "LEAVE NON-APPLICABLE COLUMNS BLANK" in bold print. (Do not fill in with $0.0)

I purchased a version that said I get $10 in services or something. It said I could use it toward a state. There was no way to do that. SCAM!

Hated the experience, constant updates that take forever, no autofill information for name, address and CC info from each form

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. It's step by step walk through is so helpful. I feel confident that when I am done I have not missed anything

horribly slow, bad user interface. out dated. Never use thia gain. Wasted over 4 hours doing a simole return

I found the interface very cumbersome and difficult to use. Previous years were much easier to navigate.
