very buggy. too many updates.. could nit due electronic filing for days until you fixed the program. need to do a better job with quality control

I tried to import from 5 of my financial institutions. One worked. Free e-filing Federal Filing. Then $40 to get your return deposited. Wow.

It was almost perfect except I had to use different lap tap than last year doe to software problems.

Figuring out how to do the updates was a challenge because the process was different than instructed.

I have used TurboTax for several years and I will continue to use it for the rest of my filing taxes.
