Not nearly as easy to use as it used to be. Will be looking at other filing options next year after 25+ years of using the product.

Product is good but getting hit with the Intuit filing fee at the end of the process was an unwelcome surprise!

Turbo Tax import of PDF from 2024 doesn't work. (Seems to be a very complaint, with no solution available.)

I love using Turbo Tax every year. It's easy and I love the interface with my forms from last year and tax documents.

I have used Turbo Tax since it began. I feel it is easy enough for most anyone to use. I've never had any problems with it.

it wont let me pay for my efile. The payment form is to large to scroll down far enough to hit "accept"

entering routing and account numbers too many times. Pay for 2nd state tax form when no tax is due them.

I live in a no income tax state yet i am asked multiple times if im ready to file my state tax. the program should know.
