I use Turbo Tax annually and have for 25 years. It is straight forward, accurate and allows me to work at my own pace. Highly recommend.

The process was generally quick and easy. Allowing for compatibility with Windows 10 would have made it even better.

The changes are confusing. You should have stuck with a simpler form and way of explaining how to complete it.

Completing forms went well, pretty straight forward. However, I like to have a pint copy and it was gibberish and didn't fit on the page.

Prior years,it was easier to use. Printing the 1040 required another program. Entry of income data was easier i prior formats
