Had to talk to help person to resolve an issue. He knew exactly what I had to do to fix the problem. Professional, courteous, and very helpful.

No problems except with Charitable contributions changed from last year. Had a little difficulty figuring out how to get the correct information.

For the NY State filing, if you have a 1099-R you cannot e-file because Turbo Tax thinks $3,000 in box 14 is greater than $30,000 in box 1.

I wish it had AI worked into it so it would be faster + accurate at the same time. AI can be the tax expert.
