Surprising and unwelcome processing fee!!

Product is good but getting hit with the Intuit filing fee at the end of the process was an unwelcome surprise!

Guidance is awesome...step by step guides you thru and if you did last years taxes information is pulled over.

Filing with TurboTax is never Taxing

Very intuitive and easy to use! Turbotax always makes it easy to file taxes, even with two little ones running around.

Not sure what you are looking for here

Product worked well. Only issues I had was easily accessing the worksheets from the forms. This was a bit of a clumsy interface.

You used to be good/easy. Not now

Had several problems where Fed info would not transmit to my State form and no where to get assistance unless I pay MORE for the issue!!!!

why aren't you using turbotax?

easy to use. most docs can be imported, just the ability to initialize everything from the prior year is huge.

Looking for a better tax program.

Too difficult to use. Had issues with printing my returns. Too many unnecessary pages to wade through. Up charges are also a pain.

2025 TurboTax is excellent and easy to follow.

I have used TurboTax software for more than 10 years and I feel this the best product for tax returns.

Like Turbo Tax except for having to use Windows 11

Had to use a Windows 11 PC this year. My 'tax computer' was Windows 10 and not eligible for upgrade. Cumbersome to get info off of old computer.
