Decent, but too expensive with too many upcharges, and too many tedious double checks for entering info.

Second year in a row that I can't electronically file my state return because of some mystery form that the program won't identify or help me fix.

Easy step by step instructions. I have used Turbo Tax for years and I feel very comfortable with my returns. The review is too picky. though

Turbotax is easy, accurate and a breeze to file. We enjoy th way the software is played out and understandable.

Terrible product. Errors have not links or explanation, AI is useless., automatic forms, impossible to edit. I will never use it again!

Just answering questions as opposed to trying to decipher the instructions on the IRS site is great!

Its a good Tax software but it has too many updates. Every time I accessit it takes 10 to 15 minutes to update

Allow easier keyboard navigation and better sequencing of questions. That is all 1099-R questions at one time.

Great tool and easy to use. I never have any doubts that my taxes are correct based on the info I entered.

Disappointed that after 3 attempts, the information/history from the past years did not populate in the software
