I used turbo tax for 10 years or more. it use to be quick and easy. Now it required more information that took longer to find the information

interface, features-gets more clunky every year. I hear from others the free government one online is easier.

Favorable experience. However, as I paid for the software, I am not sure why it initially suggested an online version for an additional cost.

It is easy and simple to work with. Provides help when needed. Why am I required to provide a review to file my taxes?

Function to transfer data from last year did not work. required a lot of Data entry and negated one of the reasons for product purchase.

only issue was trying to post the 1099-INT entry as an edit Took forever to fumble around to get the right key sequence input.

It's a little hard for someone my age to comprehend. The Canadian part was not necessary for us. We are in our 80's.

1099 R tax form would not accept the value of box 14 unless box 16 had a value, which is blank on the 1099 R form
