Turbo Tax is awesome.

When there was a discrepancy on a state return, Turbo Tax expert was very helpful in resoving the issue.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and follow along, just have all your docs ready, it tells you what to enter, very helpful

Sometimes need more detailed explanations

I would like to see more detailed explanations on some of the main screens. Sometimes the explanations are a little ambiguous.

Locally Installed TurboTax is Great!

Overall excellent! Please continue the option for us "old folks" to install the software on our PC instead of having to complete everything online.
