My experience this year was fair I would say. The 529 QTP interview was not sufficient in processing my expense reimbursement.

It says the federal efile is free and comes with the paid software, yet you charge $40 to efile federal. ripoff

Easy to use and self explanatory. This is the first time my wife filed sitting beside me and she was mightily impressed!
