Mutile "Freezes" more difficult to navigate and did not Save information so when a freeze happened we had to reenter all the data up to that point

Easy to use and handles the unusual tax issues that I have. I was disappointed that I needed the Business module to file Trust returns (1041)

Right now it is trying to CHARGE ME for the Federal retiurn ! Since when do we need to pay a fee for electronic filing of thew Federal Return ?

It works fine, but it would be nice if you could set the display (e.g. fonts size) to larger o smaller settings; provide a zoom in/out feature.

Turbo tax is a very good software. I did not engage with one of your tax preparers. However, I had an awesome experience using the software.

Turbotax is easy to understand and do your taxes. Accuracy, capatibility, features, guidance, and interface.

Always have a great experience with the software. Now, if only I can generate a higher Federal Return

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. It has never disappointed me. I plan to continue using it.

Interview asks questions which are answered; however forms of personal information don't match the interview

I tried using Turbo Tax Online and found too confusing, so I went to the old Desktop version. Thankfully that was still an option.
