Easy to use.

The only issue I had is I couldn't run TurboTax on my Windows 10 machine. I had to locate a Windows 11 computer.

Deceptive practices

e-filing is NOT CLEAR that I can avoid the $40 transaction fee by paying by credit card. Get rid of the $40 fee altogether.
