Writing for instructions muchTOO small - about the size of a CELL PHONE. Difficult to read instructions on a computer screen.

I have been using TurboTax for decades, but may never use it again. The software was full of errors and the customer support was terrible.

Product is great and easy to use. Although I did not use the available support service, it is nice to know that ti available.

TurboTax makes it so very easy to file my taxes. I especially love the feature where I can download information from my Schwab investment accounts.

My experience using TurboTax 2025 was Great! This Year's Taxes required additional effort and TurboTax made it easy to incorporate it.

I processed my New York State tax return, printed it out and got a bunch of jumbled letters which made no sense. Please advise.

I always use turbo tax, but this year some things changed making filing more difficult, i am not confident i wont have problems this year.

I have used turbo tax for years. The last 3 years, my return has been rejected and I have had to manually do my return. Waste of money.
