Everything worked fine except the ability to download my E*Trade 1099's. Nothing I did worked and I called them twice on it for help.

the download feature for banks and stocks is a great time saver. Auto save on the desk-top would help as saving as you go along is not that easy.

Software is good. Trying to sell other products all the time is annoying. Paying for State E-file is cumbersome.

No seamless transition downloading software this year. It took me 15 hours to file this year, when historically has taken 60-90 minutes

transition between federal and state is confusion, need to improve and make seamless transition to state module.

Have used Turbo Tax for several years. Never any problems with the software. Tax returns have always been accepted on the first try.

Too many hidden fees. It's like Ticketmaster. A 40 possessing fee. It should be based on a percentage of the refund with a max amount.

Stop lobbying the government so you can get more money from us, please. I don't like dealing with middlemen.

This is the 4th year that I've used Turbo Tax Deluxe - Desktop for filing my taxes. Never had an issue. Always got the best tax info and best return.

Not as user friendly as last year. Makes you do things you should be able to skip. Ae Audit protection sign up and this survey before filing.
