2025 version of Turbo Tax seemed to be less user friendly and missing helpful features. May look for a different tax program next year.

The software made an error by concluding that my new car qualified for tax credit when it actually did not.

TURBOTAX was fine. Problem was Intuit not accepting 2 valid and active credit cards. I believe I had the same problem last year.

Good and accurate. I had a little difficulty with downloading information, but that may have been my lack of facility with the technology.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and understand. The program is very accurate, compatible with my computer and its guidance features are very easy.

The section to declare College room and board is broken, You have to hunt for it under forms, or the correct "ezstep" -> "topic list" step

LIked the guidance through each topic in order to gather all of the information needed to successfully file the tax return.

TheTurboTax format is easy to follow. We like the option to complete our return via a downloaded app vs. directly online.

The taxes were rejected initially due to health insurance. I think it should have come up before it was rejected.
