Been using this software for years. The product is great but God help you if you need support for the desktop product.

My return was rejected. The live person was nice, but my problem wasnt fixed. I have to mail my return

Issue with TurboTax 2025 freezing up when attempting to get updates. I had to restart my workstation to get the updates to go through.

TT should try to look and take inputs the same between years, 2025 was more difficult than previous year(s)

pestered the heck out of me to buy advice. otherwise works well nice that it pulls up previous year's return

Had a hard time with New York State inflation refund- no guidance in program. Had to use turbo Tax community support to find info.

Our return is quite straightforward and TurboTax guided me through it in a couple hours. Well worth the investment.

importing tax data was much more difficult/confusing than previous years. Eventually had to hand enter all data.

Your software had a big bug with social security income. I was able to fix your error myself by reentering the social security income.

I paid for a state return that was rejected- so I paper filed but didn't get a refund from turbo tax.
