EASY TO USE BUT EXPENSIVE CONSIDERING THAT I AM DOING IT MY SELF AND TOO MANY QUESTION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT WHEN I AM PAYING MY MONEY FOR IT.

You may want to add an opportunity to have your team expert to review returns in entirety and discuss our returns with us prior to filing.

I don't like the WAITING when all I want to do is check the status of my tax return. Give me the option to update - DON'T assume I need tax updates.
