For the most part it was good, but info was messed up and caused the initial tax efile to be rejected.

I was able to complete my returns on my own. I have in the past used online TurboTax help and the response is very good

very buggy. too many updates.. could nit due electronic filing for days until you fixed the program. need to do a better job with quality control

Fast, accurate and reliable. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and recommend it to friends and family.

Easy to use. I don't like the pop ups to add products and believe state should be included for all returns. Just add price to software.

Less intuitive than in years past. Not as much guidance. Did not like the search feature or the "help" feature.
