The changes made to the Turbo Tax 2025 program are cumbersome and less functional than previous years.

This is the best overall tax software. Walks you through all aspects of the process and double-checks for accuracy.

Transferring brokerage statement from Charles Schwab did not function correctly. I had to manually enter the information.

I was supposed to be able to print out a voucher and have the address to send the money to but that did not happen.

SHAMLESS UPSELLING! THOSE EFFORTS WOULD BE BETTER APPLIED IN IMPROVING A PRODUCT THAT IS VERY BUGGY!

Finding information was more difficult than last year. Information I had from last year was not all transferred.

Everything was very easy. I just had to follow the flow and plug in my numbers. It couldn't have been easier.

A few places where $0 was entered required additional info or correction/deletion of entry when review check was made.

Turbo Tax program is easy to understand, very user friendly and takes the stress out of the filing process.
