Filed our returns - a bit frustrated with 2025 Turbo Tax. Have used for years but not as good this year.

SWITCHED COMPUTERS AND IT WASN'T AS EASY TO GET OLD INFORMATION INTO NEW ONE. HAD TO TYPE EVERYTHING IN, I'M NOT A COMPUTER PERSON.

So easy to use. Especially appreciate the pre-populated fields if TurboTax was used for the prior year.

It's the easiest way to do my taxes and transmit. I can close turbo tax and go do something else an come back and pick up where I left off

I've used Turbo Tax for 20 years only had one issue, the online group resolved quickly to allow me to meet the tax deadline

I've used Turbotax for years and this year was the worst. I had to pay for the state efile before I found out that I couldn't efile my returns!

I have used Turbo Tax for more then 50 years but can not recommend it to anyone who would have the same issue.

easy to use, it asks the questions and I fill in the blanks. so much easier than when I studied tax in college.

The 2026 Deluxe version mostly OK, but doesn't handle college tuition payments properly. You have to do a work around to have the proper tax outcome.
